Have your say

Rozena’s nerves are jangling too much to eat breakfast. She can’t wait to get to the solicitor’s office. Sameer assures her that Mushtaq will have recognised her hard work over the years. Then he heads out for a jog with Jaggy.

Imran’s nervous too. Jas finds him deep in thought in the park. Even if his dad has left him control; is he up to it? Imran’s surprised to see Sameer jog past. He’d have thought he and Rozena would be camped outside the solicitor’s by now.

Sameer confides in Jaggy that part of him agrees with Rita; maybe it wouldn’t be such a bad thing if Imran inherited the business. But she’ll be devastated if he does.

Finally, all Mushtaq’s family gather for the reading of his will. As Rozena and Imran hold their breath the solicitor announces that shares in Jilani Enterprises are to be split three ways … between his wife and children, Zenab’s shares will be passed to his grandchildren on their eighteenth birthdays. Rozena is livid that Imran got the same as her, and that in eight years Luca will get shares and they’ll be able to outvote her! Mushtaq must have made the will before he knew about Luca. Zenab begs her to respect her father’s wishes; there’s nothing she can do to change it. ‘We’ll see about that.’ Rozena snaps back menacingly!
