Zenab’s home from Pakistan feeling exhausted but Rozena and Imran are still bickering. She pleads with them to stop as she leaves the house but to no avail. Jodie’s really proud of Kuljit and her dad. The concert was a great tribute, Mushtaq would have been pleased. Just then Imran calls by and worries Jodie when he fills her in on his plans for the other units by the canal. She doesn’t want loads of competition from other cafes!
Zenab finds solace at Jilani stores, helped by Luca. She explains to Mani that it feels right to be there where she and Mushtaq spent so much time together. She reflects on how both her children got their drive from their dad. Mani shows her the tribute to Mushtaq in the local paper; who would have dreamt they’d be reading something like this when they first came to England. If only Rozena and Imran would stop fighting. She fears that the only thing that will settle the argument is the reading of Mushtaq’s will.
