Pradeep makes Rita a birthday breakfast and she tells him about the spa day she’s got planned with Rozena. Rita tells Pradeep that Simran has seemed quite down lately because she and Jaggy can’t afford to buy the house in Heatherton Wood. Pradeep says Simran had better pray then for Rangers to do well this season.
Mushtaq answers Imran’s mobile when it rings. It’s a lady called Isabel from Spain. Mushtaq asks Imran when he was planning on telling him about Spain. He had to find out from Sakina. He thought Imran’s reckless days were over. Imran covers his tracks and tells his father it was an unexpected business opportunity – suppliers looking for an outlet. Isabel is a supplier – he didn’t say anything before because he wanted to see whether things would work out or not. Mushtaq is happy with the explanation.
At their spa day Rita tells Rozena that Pradeep is concerned about Rangers. Rozena says he has a right to be – things aren’t looking too good at the club. Rozena asks Rita about what she said earlier about being a parent. Is it true that Rita sacrificed any chance of a career by having kids? Rita says her kids make her happy more than any job could. But look at her now – she’s a translator. At the end of the day you can’t have it all. Rozena says she intends to have it all and Rita tells her she’s in for a rude awakening.
