Jas grabs some toast before heading off to Glasgow. Kamla complains that she’s working too hard. She asks Jas why Sean has been avoiding her. Jas laughs, of course he’s avoiding her after the way she and Mary behaved. She says Kamla needs to tell Sean that she’s not trying to turn him into a replacement for Jai. From the train Jas rings Sean to warn him and to tell him to go easy on Kamla, she just misses Jai. Sean goes down for breakfast and he and Kamla make up properly. Kamla apologises for the way she behaved with Mary and they agree that Sean can be a Dattani…and a Brady, the best of both worlds!
Zenab brings Mushtaq breakfast in bed. He bites the bullet and says they need to talk. Zenab doesn’t want to, but eventually asks exactly what was he doing at Shazia’s that night. Zenab feels humiliated and wishes she’d faced this years ago. Mushtaq is taken aback that she has had suspicions for so long. He promises that he’ll do everything he can to fix this and asks what he can do to regain her trust. Sadly Zenab replies that’s the one thing she doesn’t think she can do.
