Rozena’s annoyed that Mushtaq didn’t turn up for the match. Imran’s preoccupied with some missing paperwork though and asks if she’s seen it. Also Farooq’s been acting strangely, as if he’s hiding something. Rozena says he’s being paranoid.
Dr Hassan breaks the news to Zenab that Mushtaq has had a heart attack. He says he’ll let Imran and Rozena know so she can get straight to the hospital. When she arrives she’s confused when a nurse tells her that Mushtaq is with his wife! She enters his room to find Shazia at his bedside. Shazia immediately starts to leave but Zenab demands to know what’s going on. Just then Dr Hassan walks in and whisks Shazia away before Zenab can question her further.
Shazia is worried what Zenab will think but Hassan assures her she’s done nothing wrong. Shazia goes very quiet.
Rozena and Imran sit with an unconscious Mushtaq. Imran realises that it could be too late to tell his dad everything he wants to. Rozena assures him Mushtaq knows they love him, but that’s not what Imran meant. They both wonder why their mum seems angry rather than upset.
Zenab is determined to get the truth and phones Dr Hassan demanding to know why Mushtaq was at Shazia’s house, at night, on her birthday.
