Kesar is top of the class when Jaggy and Simran take him swimming, beating all the other children in the games. Afterwards Jaggy suggests lunch but Simran’s busy working on the footballer’s wedding. She’s trying to make it classy but they want bling. Jaggy thinks it’ll be down to his agent maximising publicity. Over a quick hot chocolate Simran mentions that Sandra has offered them their villa in Spain again. Jaggy is irritated but when Simran reels off the list of his family who are monopolising their own place in Santorini, taking nearly every week Jaggy reluctantly agrees to think about it. He’s really not keen on the idea though and later he attempts to put Simran off again, saying they might be moving house at the end of the season. Simran’s surprised that he’s suddenly so keen but jumps at the opportunity and suggests that they start having a look round Heatherton Wood as soon as possible.
Pradeep is on the case of the gang problem on the canalside and wants to know what Shazia Malik is doing about it. As he harangues her over the phone Mushtaq pops in and chuckles as he watches her try and get a word in. When she finally manages to get rid of Pradeep, Mushtaq hands her some tickets for the match on Thursday. She’s delighted but pretty soon she realises the tickets are just an excuse to quiz her about her relationship with Dr Hassan. She tells him it’s none of his business. Mushtaq protests that he’s just looking out for her… as a friend. Shazia is outraged at his interference and asks him to leave. As soon as Mushtaq has gone Shazia picks up the phone and dials Hassan’s number. Maybe he’d like to come to a football match!
