Krishan is refusing to wear his Aladdin outfit for the press pictures at the leisure centre. Simran coaxes him to change by suggesting he wants to look his best when he meets the girl playing princess So-Shy for the first time. Kamla won’t tell them who it is though as Vinnie has sworn her to secrecy. Outside Tyrone and his gang are chanting ‘dopeman’ at Aidan but decide to leave when he starts shouting. Tyrone reckons he is crazy. Kamla comes out and tells Aidan he is needed for the press picture. Later Aidan is looking for his drugs when he spots Kesar giggling. Aidan demands he open his hands and threatens him but quickly stops when Roopa turns up. Aidan says they were just playing.
Krishan thinks he looks stupid. He is wearing his mum’s dressing gown and eyeliner not to mention a pigtail. To make things worse Roopa’s friend Bina is playing the princess. Krishan wipes his makeup off. Simran says he can’t let his family down to which Krishan retorts watch me and storms out. Simran suggests they get Shane from Silverhill Rangers to take centre stage for the pictures instead.
Afterwards Aidan brings Kesar over to Simran and pretends he enjoyed looking after him. Simran asks Kamla if she wants to walk home with them but Kamla wants to stay around and explain Krishan’s behaviour to Vinnie. Simran says she’ll see Kamla at the Rangers Christmas party tomorrow and heads out.
Over at the canalside Krishan is finishing a call to Rita when he hears Tyrone tells him to turn around as he wants to talk to him. The gang surround Krishan saying he looks like a ladyboy. Simran walks into the situation and tells the gang to leave Krishan alone. They decide to turn their attention to her instead. Tyrone spots Simran’s wedding ring and closes in on her. He shouts out for Ranbir who is running away. Tyrone tells Simran she’ll keep and he and the others run after Ranbir. Simran calls Jaggy to come and get them but Krishan insists on walking home despite her requests to wait. As Krishan walks away Kesar becomes more distressed. Simran tries to console him saying everything’s alright now….
