Surinder has been out shopping for food so she can make everyone lunch. Jaggy and Simran are taking Kesar to the zoo though and then notice that she’s also bought toys and nappies. Surinder offers to look after Kesar when they go on their honeymoon. Jaggy and Simran explain that Kesar will be going with them to Greece. Surinder seems disappointed and tries to think of excuses for Kesar to stay. Jaggy insists that Surinder needs time alone with Pritam.
Sway visits Kuljit in the studio and notices what a mess he is. The word on the street is that he’s not been opening the studio. Kuljit is defensive at first but then just says there aren’t any bookings because he cancelled them.
Simran knows the reason why Surinder wants to look after Kesar, she’s scared of facing people in Southall as they will talk about them not paying for the wedding. Simran comes up with a solution, she asks Surinder to look after the flat and take the business calls. Jaggy makes out that her and Pritam are life savers.
Kuljit explains his situation with Jodie to Sway who also suggests he shouldn’t be too pushy and what on earth was he thinking? When Sway tells him to get the studio open, Kuljit refuses, he can’t worry about that when his relationship is in tatters.
Jaggy notices that Surinder could barely look at Pritam. Simran can understand, her dad lied to her mum over the cost of the wedding, it won’t be easy them staying together which is why Jaggy has given the spare key to the apartment to Pritam.
Sway tells Kuljit to pull himself together, he has to be someone Jodie wants to get back with, look at what he is doing to his business, he needs to get back to being someone she can trust and rely on.
