Mani isn’t too pleased with the financial report on the recording studio. Kuljit reminds him its early days but Mani doesn’t share Kuljit’s confidence that things will improve. Kuljit reckons Mani must have known the figures wouldn’t be too great so why such a hard time? Mani reminds Kuljit he invested a lot of money in this place. Mani goes for as break when they are interrupted by Arun. Kuls asks Arun if he can help more in the studio. After the mess Ranbir made at the mela he’s not a good bet. Kuls is surprised when Arun suggests giving Ranbir another chance but Arun explains he feels guilty about taking Ranbir’s place. Arun then accepts the offer but for now he’s off for a driving lesson with Vinnie.
Outside Mani discovers Vinnie’s dad Mohit is coming to his birthday party. Vinnie didn’t want to spoil the surprise but he needs Mani to put Mohit off. If he comes he’ll give Vinnie a hard time about the poor takings at Glastonbury. Mani reminds Vinnie he isn’t supposed to know about the visit but will see what he can do. Mani needs to get back to business with Kuljit so Vinnie heads off to give Arun his driving lesson. Mani later admits he may have been a bit hard on Kuljit but there is something playing on his mind.
During the driving lesson Vinnie suggests Arun played a part in Glastonbury because he didn’t pull his weight on the food stall. Arun reckons Mohit must have calmed down since then but Vinnie says his dad isn’t the type to forget. Later after experiencing Arun’s driving skills Vinnie decides he would rather be killed by his dad than by an idiot behind the wheel. There will be no more driving lessons for Arun!
Meanwhile Mani is telling Kuljit he has a strong feeling Fran suspects Mani lied about knowing Jodie existed and she’s out to prove it. Kuls says she won’t hear the truth from him but Mani says it’s Mohit he’s worried about it. He knows too and Mani needs to stop him from coming. In the meantime they need to keep a very close eye on Fran…..
