Arun oversleeps At Kelly’s and since Arun has missed his surfing lesson Kelly playfully offers to give him one. The two play fight and are kissing when Kelly’s ex-boyfriend Rick knocks aggressively on her door. Kelly tells Arun he isn’t quite over her yet. After their “private surf lesson” the two of them leave to go to the boat Pete had organised. At the docks, the boat isn’t up to Arun’s expectations but Kelly doesn’t see anything wrong with it. Arun doesn’t bother with the instructions and asks Kelly if she would like to come for a spin. Kelly declines as she needs to get things ready for the beach party tonight. Arun starts the boat and Sean arrives at the dock. The guys head out for a quick tour around the bay before hitting the party.
Meanwhile, Zak arrives at the surf shop looking for Pete but finds Robin instead. Robin is having a quiet day as Arun and Sean have disappeared which means no surfing lesson. Robin offers it to Zak but he’d rather not. They decide to go for a walk along the beach instead and check out a cave. Robin mentions how she comes here sometimes to think. Robin tells Zak she recently split up with her boyfriend. She talks about how life can change so quickly – something Zak can empathise with. Zak realises Robin knows about Fatima. Robin gets closer to Zak. She thinks he shows a lot of strength but he doesn’t agree. Robin moves in for a kiss but Zak backs off because he can’t do it. Zak starts to make his way back and tells an embarrassed Robin he will catch up with her later.
Arun and Sean are on their second tour around the bay as they’ve got time to kill. Arun slows the engine down to idle because he spots Zak on the beach with Robin. Sean is surprised to see the two together but Arun thinks Zak deserves a bit of fun after everything he’s been through. Sean reckons Arun is just making excuses whilst watching his mate fall apart….
