Sway is making the final preparations for tomorrow’s Mela with his team of helpers. Nadia’s a bit miffed to find out he’s put her in charge of all the kids’ stuff, she doesn’t fancy being nanny all day. Sway needs someone he trusts though when it comes to health and safety for the children. He’s got so much to think about and Nadia’s really helped with organising everyone. She’s even found some extra helpers for the bouncy castle she tells Sway. Her phone rings but she cuts the call without answering. It’ll only be another ‘Glamour to Go’ client. How many times does she have to tell them she’s not doing it anymore? Nadia spots Aidan waving at them and Sway suddenly remembers he hasn’t sorted out the synthesizer yet. Nadia leaves him to explain that one himself.
Jodie calls to see Rita but finds only Krishan at home in his pyjamas. Krishan’s really embarrassed to see her but she invites herself in to wait for Rita and he can’t refuse. He rushes upstairs to change into something trendy to impress Jodie. He tries, unsuccessfully, to act cool, showing off. Jodie asks if he’s like to help on her Mela stall but Krishan says he can’t. He’s got a very important role at the City Farm. He shows Jodie out explaining he’s expecting some mates. Confused by his attitude Jodie asks if he’s OK, she wants to be friends. Krishan is mortified that she knows about his crush though and can’t wait for her to leave.
Sway goes over the line up for the main stage with Aidan. He promises that he’ll sort out a synthesizer in time for The Sightseers. Just then they are drowned out by a donkey from the City Farm. Aidan jokes that Roopa won’t want to compete with that noise. Sway reckons Aidan should be more worried about Pradeep than his donkey. He’s got a reputation for being very protective of his girls. Aidan reckons he can deal with Pradeep, no problem. That’s until Nadia mentions the times that Pradeep was so protective of Jas that he thumped Kuljit … and Imran. Sway laughs as all of a sudden Aidan’s bravado disappears.
