Have your say

Nadia can’t move for all the boxes of Mela stuff Sway has stashed in the flat. He’s worried it won’t be safe at Parkside with all the scaffolding up. He escapes her moaning dashing out to work calling out as he leaves that he needs her help later with a publicity stunt. Sway’s worried that everything is going wrong. One of his headlining bands has just pulled out because they got a better offer. He offers their slot to Aidan for The Sightseers but is in for another disappointment as Aidan explains they’re going have to pull out as well. They can’t get enough gear together in time. In desperation Sway tells Aidan he’ll sort out all the gear they need.

Roopa turns up for work at Pumpworks to find that she’s been replaced by Fran. Jodie tactfully explains that its great that she decided to follow her dream but she needs staff she can rely on. Roopa didn’t let her know what was going on so she had to make alternative arrangements. She leaves Roopa open mouthed and unemployed!

Nadia turns up with her car outside Parkside as Sway instructed. She’s intrigued about what he has planned. Just then Sameer pulls round the corner, his car covered in flags and hooting a loud comedy horn! Nadia is horrified when she realises they are going to decorate her car too. She asks Sway if he’s got a paper bag she can put over her head to cover her embarrassment!

Aidan comforts Roopa that if she’s not working it’ll give them more time to work on new material. But he’s feeling pretty down as well, having to beg and borrow equipment to play a local mela, it’s hardly big time. It’s Roopa’s turn to cheer him up then. Just then Sway’s tacky motorcade drives past to advertise the mela. Sway leans out of Nadia’s car with a megaphone, shouting about all the events and stalls that will be on offer, cracking Roopa and Aidan up. Roopa quickly whips out her phone to take a picture. Nadia must really love Sway to get involved with that!
