Kuljit invites Sway over to the studio for lunch. Sway says he’s been stuck in the office and it would be good to catch up properly. Over lunch Sway tells Kuljit nothing has changed at Parkside what with kids running wild these days. Kuljit jokes that Sway sounds like his mum and does an impression of Shirley. Kuljit asks how things were with Nadia out in Wales. Sway says it was all good once they settled in. They had their own space away from here and a chance to really connect.
Elsewhere Nadia apologises when Zak asks her not to text Sway while Fatima’s parents are around. Khatija is heading up to Nadia’s room and passes Zak on the stairs. Khatija throws Nadia’s business mobile onto the bed saying it’s been ringing all morning. Nadia admits she isn’t sure about running Glamour to Go anymore. Khatija reckons that would be a bad move besides Sway won’t support her. One day he’ll be off and Nadia will be left with nothing. Nadia protests but Khatija heads downstairs saying lunch will be in five minutes. Later Zak tells Nadia he realises she has made a sacrifice for him by moving back and living apart from Sway. Nadia reminds Zak he is her brother and she’d do it a thousand times over for him.
Elsewhere Sway is saying Nadia was like a new person in Wales. Kuls reckons it must have been great but its back to reality now. Sway says Fatima’s death has really affected Nadia. Just when they think their relationship is on track something comes along and smashes it again. Kuls reckons Nadia’s family will never accept Sway. She comes with baggage they will never escape from. Sway accuses Kuljit of trying to split them up just because he doesn’t like the Akhtars. He did the same with Talib by going to the police about him. Kuls tries to tell Sway he is wrong but can’t convince him. Sway tells Kuljit what happens to the Akhtars or Talib is none of Kuljit’s business and to stay out of their lives….
