Zak is roped into driving Katie’s wedding car after the driver got ill. Katie thanks him for stepping in but Zak isn’t too thrilled with his outfit. He reckons he looks like he is wearing a sailor hat and his dad’s old blazer. Fatima tells Zak to put his foot down but he points out there is a police car behind him. Fatima says he shouldn’t see every policeman as the enemy. Maybe he has been spending too much time with Talib. Zak is engrossed in his conversation with Fatima until Roopa tells him he has missed the turning. They eventually get to the venue where it seems Katie is having last minute nerves. Simran reassures her she is doing the right thing. This is her dream Bollywood wedding with the man she loves. It’s a once in a lifetime opportunity and Katie should get out there and enjoy it.
Later Katie approaches Zak and Fatima with a camera and takes a photo of them. Zak jokes he should send it to Fatima’s parents so that they know she’s married Captain Birdseye. Fatima suggests he go home and change but Zak says he can’t as he has agreed to drive the newlyweds to the airport. Katie insists they get on the dance floor but Roopa is horrified with Zak’s dance moves. She tells Simran he looks like he is doing the birdy dance. Simran thinks Fatima has been good for Zak after all the troubles he has been through – it’s good to see him smiling again.
Simran thanks everyone for helping out with her first wedding planning booking. She couldn’t have done it without them. Fatima’s henna was just the best. Roopa says Nadia’s going to get a shock when she gets back and realises she faces stiff competition. Zak tells her not to worry as Nadia won’t be back anytime soon. Roopa says she heard different. According to Kuljit and Jodie the job swap in Wales is coming to an end for Sway and they’ll be back soon. Zak is furious and storms out shouting something about being the last to know…...
