Simran sighs, Jaggy’s right and she can’t bear to think of them looking down on her folks for being cheap skates. Jaggy’s got the solution; he can afford it, so he’ll pay for everything.
Arun’s worried what Roopa will say when she finds out he’s let the cat out of the bag. He tells Sean what he’s done. Sean is really shocked; he had no idea about Roopa’s problems. He has a go at Arun for telling Aidan. Surely Roopa’s been through enough; if she wanted Aidan to know, she’d have told him herself. He confides in Arun that Roopa asked his advice about boys recently and he’s sure she’s really keen on Aidan. Arun groans, he’s got a bad feeling about this.
