Sameer is at the cemetery for the baby’s funeral but Rozena can’t face it and stays in the car. Afterwards Sameer says he said goodbye for both of them. Rozena says she just wants to go home. Sameer drops Rozena off and heads out to do some shopping. He bumps into Rita who says she saw Rozena buying baby clothes the other day. Sameer tells Rita they lost the baby last week. Rita asks how Sameer is coping and he answers that he is just fine.
Fatima answers the door to Talib who needs to gets some files off the computer but didn’t want to interrupt the honeymoon. Fatima says Zak is at work and she is on her way out too. Talib asks if Fatima is alright and she says she is fine. Zak gets home and Talib explains Fatima popped to the salon. Zak reckons she is avoiding him and tells Talib how he walked away yesterday when Fatima was trying to discuss telling Nadia about their marriage. Zak is worried about how Fatima’s parents will react to Nadia shacking up with Sway. Talib reckons Zak should be telling all this to Fatima not him.
Zak is cooking dinner when Fatima gets home. Zak explains why he behaved the way he did about Nadia. And its just been strange not being able to tell his friends about their marriage. Fatima has an idea. Why don’t they invite everyone over for dinner tomorrow night? They can tell everyone together and Fatima can meet them at the same time. Fatima reckons Talib should move back in too but not just yet. She wants a couple more days with Zak first.
Later Sameer tells Rozena he told Rita about the baby. Rozena reckons everyone will know now but Sameer says they have to find out some time. Sameer tells Rozena her parents are dropping some food round but Rozena isn’t ready to talk to them yet so Sameer calls them. Rozena asks how he is managing to hold himself together so well. Sameer kisses her and heads off to cook dinner. Rozena hears something and opens the bedroom door. It’s the sound of Sameer crying in the kitchen….
