Mushtaq helps Pradeep with his new arrival at the farm, a lady goat to keep Mooli company. Pradeep has named the goat Brian much to Zenab’s confusion. Mushtaq thinks it’s very fitting though, with the goat’s shifty eyes and big teeth she’s the spitting image of Brian Kavanagh!
Brian is decorating the pub for St Patrick’s Day. Shazia wanders past and marvels at the number of Irish flags. Brian asks if she’s going to the City Farm to perform the official opening but she explains that honour has gone to Mushtaq. Brian takes Shazia inside to show her the rest of the decorations but Pradeep’s volunteers have just left, and they seem to have left half the farm behind on the carpet.
Roopa’s supposed to be helping her dad at the farm but she’s got other things on her mind. She hasn’t heard from Aidan since last night and is worried he’s avoiding her. Pradeep asks her what the matter is, she’s been moping round all morning. Just then her mobile rings and she sees Aidan’s name flash up so she leaves her dad in the lurch again. Just then Brian comes storming over to have a go at Pradeep for the mess his volunteers have made in the pub. Pradeep reckons there’s something else behind his bad mood though. He teases Brian, if he’d wanted to help out on the farm he only had to ask!
It’s time for the opening ceremony and with his new found public speaking skills Mushtaq makes a very professional speech. Shazia chuckles to herself as Zenab takes the credit for his improvement.
Zak’s found someone to supply a fake passport and goes straight to give Kamal the good news. Kamal isn’t overjoyed though. He never agreed to this! It’s expensive and dangerous. He tells Zak it’s too much of a risk, he can’t take the passport.
