Rita is due to help Pradeep at the City Farm and suggests Jas should come too. Jas says she will as soon as the weather isn’t so Arctic. Rita then asks Roopa but gets the same response she got from Jas. Rita heads off after reminding them Pradeep has cooked dinner for them. Jas wonders why Roopa is so dressed up. Later Jas probes Roopa for information about Aidan but Roopa says she has to go out.
Rozena is surprised Sameer is off to work so soon after returning from Dubai. Rozena suggests he put a coat on as it is freezing but is told to save her mothering for the baby! Rozena later calls Sameer to suggest they go out for dinner. She is craving for egg fried rice and they need to talk. Sameer has arranged to visit his parents tonight and suggests Rozena order a takeaway but she isn’t feeling so hungry anymore!
Over at the farm Rita asks Pradeep what time they might finish as some of the volunteers have been complaining about the time. Pradeep reckons they have a long way to go yet. Rita says they are almost there so how about stopping for tonight? Pradeep agrees – it can wait until tomorrow.
Roopa and Aidan are walking back after their date. Aidan cracks a joke about not being able to take her to certain gigs as she’ll probably get asked for I.D. Roopa kisses him to convince him she is older than she looks. Aidan says she had better get going as she isn’t the sort of girl to be late when her parents are expecting her home. Roopa tells him he doesn’t know what sort of girl she is and kisses him again.
Sameer finds Rozena waiting up for him. She asks if he told his parents but Sameer says he didn’t know how to bring the subject up. Rozena decides she has had enough of Sameer’s reluctance to talk and angrily informs him they still have time to get rid of the baby. Sameer had better decide. Does he want this baby or not?
