Mushtaq is delighted with Silverhill’s win at the weekend. He congratulates Jaggy for stepping up to the challenge and welcomes him back on board. Kenny’s reluctant to give Jaggy all the credit though and warns him it’ll take more than just one win to save them.
Jas finds Suresh working on his lap-top in the café. She’s surprised when he tells her he’s going back to America on Saturday. She makes him close down his computer; if he’s only going to be around for a week he should spend it with the family, not working. Laughing, he complies as Jas phones her mum. When Rita hears Suresh’s plans she decides to organise a goodbye meal for him. Suresh turns his attention to Jas. He thinks she’s wasting her talents and they could be put to better use if she came to America to work for him. Jas isn’t ready for a big step like that yet; not with the current family situation. She agrees to think about it though.
Later at the Crown Suresh asks Sean if he’d like to come to his goodbye meal. Sean is hesitant; he explains it would be awkward but he’ll let Suresh know. He tells his Uncle it must be great to jet about from America to India like he does. Sean’s always wanted to travel. Suresh encourages him; he reckons Sean would do well at anything he put his mind to.
At the training session Jaggy is concerned that Justin hasn’t showed up. Kenny can’t resist having a dig saying he probably couldn’t cope with the pressure. Just then Justin comes running onto the pitch full of apologies. A mate was supposed to give him a lift but let him down at the last minute. Jaggy lays into him so harshly that even Kenny tells him to go easy. Jaggy snaps back at Kenny to keep his nose out and leave the coaching to him.
