Kenny blames Jaggy for Liam leaving Rangers. Kenny reckons Jaggy’s recruitment skills will ensure they are a great team one day – somewhere in la la land! Later Mushtaq rings Liam to try to persuade him to change his mind about the new club. Mushtaq says he should at least think about it. Mushtaq is feeling deflated about his star striker leaving the team. Maybe he should just cut his losses now and admit this club isn’t going anywhere. Kenny thinks he is wrong. They can still turn it all around. And Kenny has found a way they can cash in on Liam’s departure. Good players fetch good prices. Does Mushtaq still want to walk away?
Simran is at the café chatting to Jodie about meeting Liam later. Jaggy refused to babysit at first but then Kesar managed to melt his ‘cold, dark heart’. Liam said to call when she was ready to be picked up but she can’t get through to him. Elsewhere Jaggy and Kesar play a game called ‘What’s in Mummy’s bag’. Jaggy rummages through and ends up finding a train ticket. Jaggy confronts Simran about the ticket and accuses her of planning to go away with Liam. Simran must be dying to be a proper WAG. She didn’t get to do that with Jaggy especially after she ruined his career by stabbing him in the leg. Simran slaps him and says if she is so terrible what’s with the jealous boyfriend routine. She can practically see the hatred every time Jaggy looks at her. Or maybe it’s just disgust or loathing. Jaggy tells her it’s none of those things – its love! After some awkwardness Simran finally admits that she still loves him too. Jaggy reckons it wouldn’t work after everything they’ve been through or would it?
Kamla thinks Rita looks nice and suggests she wear lipstick more often. Rita reckons what she really means is that if she makes an effort Pradeep won’t start looking for a younger model. Rita then storms off after retorting it’s going to take more than that to make Pradeep walk back through the door! Later Kamla calls Suresh. She tells him everything that has happened between Rita and Pradeep. Their marriage is falling apart and Kamla needs Suresh here to help her put things right. There’s just one thing though – he mustn’t tell Rita about this call…..
