Kuljit is tending to Jodie’s finger after someone threw a brick through the café window. They both agree it happened because they banned certain people from the café after the Muslim rapper gig. Kuls reckons it will soon be business as normal despite Roopa’s lack of customer service skills. Jodie says to give her chance.
Jaggy hears Liam boasting about his conquests. Sandra drops off some shirts for Liam to sign and tells Jaggy that Kenny wants to make sure there’s no problem between Jaggy and Liam now that Liam has got it together with Simran. They need to know Jaggy will be professional about it. Later Jaggy is coaching the team and accuses Liam of an unfair tackle. Jaggy then orders him off the pitch. Liam squares up to Jaggy but the other players step in before things get out of hand.
Jodie spots a good looking guy in the café. Roopa is disappointed when he heads off to the studio. Jodie reckons he must be in the band Kuls has got booked in. Jodie then comments on Pradeep’s ‘new look’ and asks Roopa how Rita is coping without him. Roopa says it’s Kamla who is really missing him. Later Roopa gets the opportunity to talk to the guy from earlier. He is looking for a napkin he wrote lyrics on and Roopa eventually finds it on her tray but it is wet. Aidan introduces himself and they chat about music as they try to decipher the lyrics on the napkin. Roopa impresses Aidan with her alternative lyrics.
Jaggy gets told off for letting his private life affect his work with Liam. Sandra won’t have Jaggy jeopardising her boy’s future. Sandra hastily tries to cover what she said but Jaggy figures out she is talking about Darren having a future here when he gets out of prison. Later Sandra tries to explain but Jaggy makes it clear he won’t be at Darren’s ‘welcome home’ party. Sandra then says she’s sorry about Simran and Liam too but Jaggy doesn’t care. As far as Jaggy is concerned there’s nothing between him and Simran anymore – nothing at all!
