Mani has asked Vinnie to check if Pradeep is OK as he has taken the day off. Pradeep says he is fine. Vinnie wonders if Pradeep might come to a chill-out session at the café later as Arun is performing. Pradeep says he was going anyway. For now he is off shopping with Sarah to get a ‘new look’ but won’t be doing anything too drastic! Later as they get ready Vinnie is impressed with Pradeep’s trendy new haircut. Pradeep says it’s weird not living with the family but at the same time he feels more like an individual. Vinne thinks it’s good in the sense that Pradeep can do whatever he wants. Pradeep reckons he might even learn to play the guitar. It’s something he’s always wanted to do.
Kuljit and Arun are putting equipment into the car. Kuljit got the deck cheap off a mate but he doesn’t want to keep it in the café as security still isn’t great in there. Kuljit reckons it will be a big night but senses that Arun isn’t as enthusiastic as he usually is. Arun says he’d wish Sean would come, things are a bit awkward since they found out they were cousins. Kuljit offers to subtly invite him along by dropping it into conversation. Kuljit visits Sean at the pub and tells him that a few people are going to Arun’s chill out session at the café. He should come along, he may enjoy it. Sean says he’ll see how he feels.
Pradeep and Sarah are clothes shopping and whilst looking through the clothes rails, she rambles on about her recent split. Pradeep is shocked at the amount of people shopping. Rita usually gets everything from a catalogue. Sarah makes him try on some jeans despite Pradeep thinking they are too young for him. She then suggests numerous shirts and near enough says that he has no taste. She’s still not finished though. He needs a hair cut too!
Arun gets ready for his gig and the place is packed. Kuljit tells him his dad had arrived too and Jodie is shocked at what he is wearing. Arun knows he will show him up but Kuljit tells him to chill out, he may be pleasantly surprised. Sean approaches Arun and teases him saying he would have come anyway besides he need’s Arun’s advice. They both ogle the ladies whilst Kuljit compliments Pradeep on his cool look. Pradeep is a bit nervous that he may look like mutton dressed as lamb. Suddenly Jodie hears a loud smashing of glass, what is going on?
