At the club PR event Rozena annoys her mum by taking over and making a speech. Sandra is impressed by Rozena’s confidence as she works the room, but Zenab is livid when Rozena barges in as she chats to a sponsor. She drags her daughter away to put her in her place but Rozena points out that she’s actually doing a great job and she’s going to take this club to the top. Zenab realises she’s fighting a losing battle when Sandra also points out what a great job Rozena is doing. Zenab gives in and suggests that she and Rozena should work together; that is as long as Rozena stays behind the scenes and leaves her to be the face of the club. After quick consideration Rozena agrees.
Rita and Pradeep wait anxiously outside the headmaster’s office. It doesn’t stop them bickering though until they are interrupted by Krishan’s headmaster who shows them in. He’s summoned them because he’s concerned about Krishan’s poor grades, especially as they coincide with all his classmates getting better grades. The head tells Rita and Pradeep about the research CDs Krishan has been supplying. He thinks Krishan is spending so much time on the scam that his own work is suffering. He asks if anything happening at home might be behind Krishan’s character change but the Chauhans assure him that everything is fine.
Simran scans the crowd and is pleased to find Liam. Liam is equally delighted to see Simran is there. The two of them are soon laughing and joking together. Liam tries to find out what the relationship is between Jaggy and Simran and Simran gives him the green light saying there is nothing between them. Feeling confident Liam confides in Simran that a big London club want to sign him. Just then he’s dragged away to meet some sponsors but before he leaves he asks Simran out to dinner tomorrow. Seeing Simran alone Rozena goes over for a gossip. Sandra meanwhile flirts with Liam and Rozena points them out laughing. Unaware that Simran knows him Rozena confides in her that Liam is the key to the club’s success. They need to hold on to him at all costs.
