Jai receives a phone call from Leigh who tells him he has a very nice homely place. Jai pleads with him not to wreck it. They didn’t think he would be into pets though. Jai panics, they are in Rita’s house.
Kenny owes Mushtaq an explanation, he is not a racist and nor is his son. Mushtaq reminds him he left Kamal in a coma and his son wouldn’t be in jail if his bribe had worked. Kamal was bound to take the money to save his family. Kenny says he was protecting his family too and wouldn’t he have done the same for Imran?
At the Chauhan’s Leigh is ogling photos of Roopa and Jas. Jai loses it and is flung against the wall. Totaram starts squawking. The heavies will do damage to his family next time. They leave and Totaram recites Krishan and Arun’s name continuously. Jai panics, gets angry telling him to shut up and then throws the cage across the room. Then there’s silence.
Jaggy tells Simran that Mushtaq has offered him a job but he’s unsure about it. Simran convinces him, it’s local football and near Kesar or if he takes it, is he admitting to himself that he’s not going to get a better offer? It is a big opportunity though and the players will get his determination. Actually, maybe he could take them to the top and then he could name the salary and his next club.
As Jai is clearing up, Krishan, Rita and Kamla walk in. Jai’s face is a state. He explains he fought off burglars. Krishan is horrified, they’ve killed Totaram. Kamla is grateful Jai defended their house.
Mushtaq tells Kenny he is in a difficult position especially now as he has asked Jaggy to be Coach. Kenny promises to take Silver hill Rangers up a division next year if he’s given the chance.
Krishan and Rita wonder why they killed Totatram. Jai reckons it’s because he wouldn’t shut up. Rita is confused when Jai says he was just passing and then took on three thieves? Krishan wants to have a family funeral for Totaram. Rita suggests Jai can do the eulogy.
