Have your say
Zenab is on her way to meet Sandra for coffee. Mushtaq is annoyed, did Kenny and Sandra think they would never find out? His manager’s racist son put his handyman in hospital but Zenab reminds Mushtaq that he is illegally employing an asylum seeker.
Sean offers Siobhan his help in the bar, it will be a breeze in comparison to chaperoning Roopa to the cabaret. He had fun though saying Roopa made him laugh, she is so wacky. Sean can’t understand how Jai gave Pete a bonus when he has gym repairs to pay for yet. Siobhan hopes the other gym doesn’t have another go but Sean explains that it was over some woman that Jai is involved with.
Zenab doesn’t beat around the bush, she tells Sandra they know about Darren and what he did. Sandra pleads to Zenab that Kenny needs this job and they wanted Mushtaq and Zenab to get to know them first. Sandra says her business is barely keeping them afloat after he had to sell his club as the sponsors pulled put. Zenab reminds her that someone was brutally attacked and she has met him, it’s their gardener.
Siobhan confronts Jai, her Sean got beaten up over one of Jai’s women? Jai accuses Siobhan of just being jealous and what’s it to do with her anyway? If she’s so worried about Sean, how come she’s left him looking after the bar?
Sandra apologises for Kamal’s suffering but how much can she shoulder her son’s responsibility? She should know, look at Imran. Sandra says their sons were both good boys who got into trouble. She has been on antidepressants and crying herself to sleep. Zenab heads to leave but Sandra states that they need her and Kenny, football can be a dirty game.
Mushtaq is waiting for Zenab. Zenab asks Mushtaq whether what Imran did, was their fault? If not, they can’t blame the Lesters for what Darren did. Mushtaq’s unsure whether he can go into business with Kenny now but Zenab reckons they need Kenny because their house and business depends on his contact and knowledge.
