Have your say
Hannah has been taken out of school so that Mary can pin her dress.
Mushtaq and Zenab examine the goodie bag that they got from the football do, it was definitely an eye-opener. Zenab suggests giving Rozena the wooden massage mouse but Mushtaq’s not sure, it will highlight the fact that she’s not involved.
Mel tells Bill that she’s worried for him, he’s taking on more than just Mary, her grandson’s just been beaten up and what sort of mother abandons her child. Bill reassures her, Mary’s family is ok, Sean was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Zenab gets a text from Sandra, Mushtaq jokes that they are probably in the Jacuzzi with champagne in their hands. Mushtaq envies his football knowledge, he could do with someone like him as manager coach. Zenab suggests asking him, over dinner.
Hannah tells Siobhan that she feels really pretty in the dress but Siobhan tells her to stop being so vain. Hannah’s noticed that Siobhan is cheeky to gran. Siobhan reminds her that she is a lot older but Hannah pushes her further saying, is that why she can drink cola and eat chips and swear and she’s not allowed to? Siobhan warns Hannah she will get her hand on her face, Mel walks in at the moment.
Siobhan walks out and Jai tries to catch up with her. Jai asks how Sean is and says he didn’t come over because he didn’t want to intrude. Siobhan asks if he called the Police, another gym has got it in for him but Jai says it only would have made matters worse. Siobhan warns him, Sean is not going back to work at the gym, he can take the next beating.
Mel tells Bill of what she saw when Siobhan was about to hit Hannah. Mel is still concerned for Bill, it could be a downward spiral, and the family have already lost the gym. She doesn’t know them and she’s nervous. Bill thinks she is worrying needlessly. Mel is concerned he will plough his life savings into their business, she’s only thinking of him. Bill tells her he already has some investment ideas, the money’s sorted.
