Have your say
Mushtaq’s in front of the press again, confidently announcing his new appointment, Mason Lockwood. Afterwards Zenab congratulates him on his performance – he looks like he’s owned the club all his life! He tells her it’s not all down to him, he did have support, but she says there’s no need to thank her. He asks her to bring the car round for him as he’s got a call to make. When she goes, he makes his call…to Shazia – did she hear him on the radio? He thinks it went ok, but maybe he needs a few more sessions with her?
Jaggy listens to Mushtaq on the radio, and isn’t impressed. Simran’s pleased that Mushtaq seems to be doing well, so Jaggy tries to engage her in conversation, saying this new coach is a disaster waiting to happen, but Sim’s distracted, trying to get things together for her appointment with a possible client, and suggests Jaggy asks for the job of coach. Jaggy says he’s already got someone, but anyway, he wouldn’t be interested. Sim’s still not really listening, and decides to go and check on Nadia in the salon. When she returns, Jaggy’s still talking about Mushtaq, while she rushes around collecting her things for her meeting. She tells him to keep busy looking after Kesar, and suggests he ‘phones Jai to see if there’s any work at the gym. When she’s gone, Jaggy tells Kesar he wants him to be proud of him, but how can he be if he’s working with overweight losers?!
In the salon, Nadia’s enjoying being in charge. Simran pops in, looking for a bridal brochure for her client. Nadia admits she took it to her parents’ house so runs to get it. She’s surprised to find Talib there, and he’s surprised to see her. He tells her he’s living there now, and as Zak appears, she rushes out, saying she hopes he’s cleared it with their parents, before slamming the door. Later, Zak apologises to Talib – he should’ve told him sooner that Nadia was his sister. He tells him she’s living with Sway, and he’s having to lie to his parents. Talib sympathises. It’s hard for Zak that his sister’s behaving like that. Zak appreciates being able to talk to a brother, and says it’s now up to Nadia to tell her parents.
