Have your say
Ryan and Krishan are on their way to Mrs Webster’s office – they’re collecting for Children in Need today, but Ryan says they’re Children in Need themselves: no-one’s going to notice if they cream off some of the money! They arrive at the office and Mrs Webster hands Ryan his pudsey bear outfit, and gives Krishan the job of handing out stickers, while informing them she’ll be collecting the money! Ryan’s taunted by other pupils laughing at his costume, and he and Krish vow to find out who grassed them up. They decide they need to change their business strategy, selling whole projects rather than just research – they’ll make loads more money then.
Pradeep’s feeling down about the City Farm. Everyone, including Zenab, seems to be dropping out. He’s not happy about Jai representing them at the meeting, thinking he made them look stupid. However, he and Rita chat about how lucky Arun is with his job with Kuljit. They’re also happy that Krishan’s made a good friend in Ryan – he’s spending loads of time with him. Krish’s obviously going to be the one looking after them in their retirement.
Imran’s wandering past the Chauhan’s house, and Pradeep stops him. Imran apologises about the meeting – he and Jai didn’t really understand about becoming a company, and anyway, he wasn’t really with it that day. Pradeep’s worried that Imran’s losing interest in the farm, especially when Imran tells him he’s been speaking to Mani.
Zenab’s writing press releases for Mushtaq and hasn’t got time for Asif’s urgent call about the broken staff toilet at Jilani Stores – he can’t get hold of Imran, so she palms him off onto Rozena! Rozena tries to get rid of Asif on the phone, but he insists it’s urgent and she reluctantly agrees to help. When she arrives home, Zenab’s on the phone to journalists. Rozena’s angry – that’s her job, and instead she’s ended up fixing toilets! She stayed in England to help with the club, and can’t understand her Mum’s enthusiasm. Zenab tells her she’s in charge now, and that Rozena never consulted her parents before making her decision about Dubai. She tells Zenab that Imran’s perfectly capable of running the other businesses…when Imran walks in. He won’t be helping out any more – he’s booked a round the world ticket, and is leaving next week!
