Have your say
Zak’s suspicious when he sees Nadia is going out to Mani’s goodbye party for Shirley and Gramps. She asks Zak to go with her but he doesn’t want to. Sway will be there and Zak’s concerned that he’ll have to lie to his parents again. Nadia’s getting fed up with his fussing, everyone can just think what they like she says as she stomps off. On the way to Mani’s she bumps into Imran and asks if he’s going too. Imran’s not in a party mood but says he might drop by later. Nadia doesn’t want to walk in on her own and tries to persuade him to go with her. It’ll only be friends there, no-one pointing or staring. Imran gives in and they go into the party together.
Mary tells Siobhan her mobile rang while she was out, she could see it was Mark but didn’t like to answer it. Just then the phone rings again and Mary assumes it’s Mark ringing back. Siobhan glances at the screen and sees it’s not Mark, its Jai. She takes the call privately. Jai wants to carry on from where they left off. Siobhan won’t commit though and leaves Jai guessing.
Siobhan can’t seem to keep away from Jai and inevitably she ends up meeting him. Jai won’t tell her where they are going, it’s a surprise. She’s disappointed when he pulls into a lay-by, that’s not what she imagined. Jai reminds her of the last time they were in this particular lay-by. Siobhan laughs; remembering all those years ago when Jai pretended he’d run out of petrol. Jai’s surprised Siobhan knew it was a ruse and she laughs again, it’s the oldest trick in the book. Well, says Jai, we’ve run out of petrol again! He reaches for her and they are soon steaming up the car windows.
Back at the gym Sean has a couple of sinister visitors who don’t look like their usual members. The two heavies lock the door behind them. They are looking for Jai they say and their boss is sick of waiting. Sean has no idea what’s going on and protests that Jai’s not there. As one of the thugs pushes Sean up against the wall they make it clear that this is a warning, their boss means business!
