Bill manages to persuade him that any help would be better than nothing.
Khatija is taking her role as nurse seriously, making sure Pervaiz is taking his medication and cooking him special meals. Two of Krishan’s classmates have him pinned in a corner, taunting him and calling him Mooli. He tries to get away and in his hurry bumps into Ryan, another classmate. Ryan takes in the scene and tells the other two to scarper. They are obviously in awe of Ryan and they slope off. Ryan found the goat incident hilarious and offers to walk with Krishan to the library. Krishan’s extremely grateful for his intervention and the pair head off together. To pay Ryan back Krishan helps him out with some overdue homework. Ryan soon realises Krishan could be very useful to him in return for protection, and he’s sure he could find some other customers too – what a nice little earner that could be!
