Sway comforts Nadia as she tells him about her dad’s injuries. She just can’t see a light at the end of the tunnel. As she’s leaving Sway asks Nadia to meet up later but Nadia doesn’t want to be seen with Sway and Parkside is a bit public.
Simran catches up with Nadia with a proposition for her. Simran needs help in the salon. Nadia is reluctant at first but when Simran says she could manage the hairdressing side Nadia jumps at the chance.
Jas is impressed with Kuljit’s precise preparations for the studio opening. That is until she realises he’s just following Jodie’s ‘To do list’. Jas has one more thing to add to the list – find another waitress to replace the one that’s just rung in sick!
Gramps is trying Shirley’s patience hanging around. She wishes he’d stayed in London but he’s looking forward to Kuljit’s studio opening. Shirley pays a visit on Kuljit to get away from him for a while. She’s impressed with the new studio. Kuljit asks if they are coming to the opening. Shirley will be there for her glass of champagne – but she can’t speak for Sway. Kuljit tells her that if Sway ever changed his mind he could be part of the studio too.
Jaggy’s had good news about a trial for a coaching job for a league two side. He’s bursting to tell someone so he tells Kesar all about it. Simran comes in half way through but Jaggy isn’t ready to tell her yet, the club is up North so he won’t be around for Kesar so much.
Nadia risks a visit to the Parkside Centre and bumps into Gramps who’s scanning the notice board for something to do. He decides to give Pilates a miss and settles on Kamla’s walking group. Nadia goes to see Sway in the office; she feels responsible for the fire. Pervaiz must have started smoking again because of all the stress. If her parents knew she was with Sway now it would kill them…they’ve made such a mess of everything!
