The Mela is in full swing and rumours of Mark Ramprakash attending are still going around. Jodie gets harassed by a person handing out leaflets on religion, it’s like Partition all over again. Pradeep is annoyed and asks Jai if his stall position is anything to do with him. Jai thinks he’s got total exposure as people will stop on their way to the toilets. He heads off to watch Arun playing cricket and tells Pradeep to continue talking about his manure.
Siobhan is glad Roopa is throwing herself into the talent contest and Siobhan is pleased that she cut up the top she stole. Jai interrupts them and leads Siobhan away saying he has something to show her. Sway gets on stage and announces that Jai will present the cricket trophy but where he is? Everyone is disgruntled, what happened to Mark Ramprakash?
Jai leads Siobhan into a tent to show her the engravings under an old table. Siobhan giggles as it says ‘Jai N Siobhan forever’. Siobhan thinks she was an idiot but Jai insists they never had a chance because everyone was out to get them. Siobhan reckons they were too young, it wasn’t their time. Jai comments that maybe it’s their time now and kisses her.
Simran feels like a bit of fraud as she is trying to bring everyone back to the salon when she just wants to sell up and run the wedding business.
Siobhan has missed Roopa’s dance. Roopa is emotional, she nearly fell but Siobhan and Jai lie, saying she handled it really well. Rita asks where Siobhan was who manages to cover herself. Jai tries to make Rita feel bad by saying he was there, Pradeep should have been too. Sway approaches Jai for making him look like a fool on stage but Jai says he was supporting Roopa.
Rita tells Pradeep she is worried about Jai, he was talking to Siobhan and charming Roopa. They should take Roopa, Krishan and Ba with them on holiday. If they went on their own what would they come back to?
