Have your say
Kamal hears groaning coming from the bathroom and is ready to call an ambulance until he realizes Dr Masud is just exercising.
The lads attend cricket practice in the park and Chunky’s not best pleased, his trousers are uncomfortable. They decide to play India against Pakistan and Dr Masud is roped into being an umpire.
Kuljit meets Rachel in the hospital car park and is glad she didn’t ditch the job like she ditched him. He tells her he’s with someone else anyway and then suggests coffee, maybe they could be mates again?
Danyal tells Dr Masud that he needs a break from London so may move in for a bit. He’s not sure getting a stranger to move in with him was the best idea but Dr Masud says Kamal is a good person. Kamal then walks in wearing Danyal’s shirt to play cricket in. Danyal is horrified, it’s a designer make, the frayed edges are meant to be there. Kamal apologises and heads to take it off.
Rachel is surprised to hear that Kuljit and Sway have fallen out, even she felt like an outsider sometimes as they had such a strong bond. Kuljit tells her he’s been thinking, he might offer to mentor kids in foster homes. Rachel agrees, it’s a good idea but he’s in a committed relationship now and he shouldn’t get distracted. He also tells her that Mani has offered him some money to set up the sound studio but he can’t help thinking, it’s to buy his silence as he already knew about Jodie at birth but chose not to want her.
At the cricket practice, Chunky offers Kamal a job cleaning and chopping vegetables and Dr Masud doesn’t umpire well which leads to Arun punching Zak when religion comes into the row. Chunky threatens to bar them from his kebab shop so they stop fighting but Arun warns Zak, it’s not the end of it.
