Arun is designing a leaflet to help Kamla who wants to set up a walking group, she reckons it’s perfect timing with the gym closing. Arun reluctantly agrees to help Kamla deliver them even though she moans about the paper being too thin and the colours not being bright enough.
Pete chats to Mary, he wonders what Vista will do with the gym and hopes they have more luck with the place that he did. They also discuss the smoking ban coming up, Pete suggests selling snacks as they’ll eat more if they can’t smoke and happy hour to get them in the door.
Kamla collars Sway, he should be helping her deliver leaflets too. She wants Arun to promote it on the radio. Arun tells Sway that he has the talent so he shouldn’t just be reading out emails on the air but Sway says he has to work his way up.
Jas offers to make Imran some breakfast who says he has got a cold. Jas is worried about her housing situation, they can’t afford to keep the house over the summer. She’ll have to move back home but that means doing everything for everyone. Imran suggests she should go traveling but Jas thinks Roopa could have a relapse. Jas mentions the Mela and tells Imran that everything will be fine after the trial, he’ll be free to do whatever he wants.
Kamla tries getting Mary and Bill to sign up to her walking club but Mary says they don’t have time. Pete thinks it’ll be good for them. Kamla says she’s heard Brian is behind Vista but this annoys Mary, he wouldn’t do a deal without letting them know.
Jas helps Sway with the Mela schedule who says he’ll try and get some money to pay her. He opens the post and is pleasantly surprised when he sees a cheque from Vista. Sway wonders if it will be a pole dancing club after all but a Mela being backed by a sex club is not good publicity.
