Kuljit hopes Rozena thinks his presentation is good. Jodie believes that if he gets a private investor on board, the bank will be knocking on the door again, not turning him away. Jodie suggests Jaggy or Brian may even invest in his music business.
Sway practices his prayer on Nadia. She is a bit embarrassed as she knows all about the religion but doesn’t know what’s behind it as she grew up with it. Sway tells her not to fret, they can learn about Islam together.
Simran and Jodie chat about her new business venture. She’s told Jaggy she doesn’t want him to invest in it so Jodie grabs the opportunity to ask whether Jaggy will invest in Kuljit’s business instead. Simran says she’ll mention it to him.
Jas suggests to Sway that maybe she could have a think about getting more famous faces involved in the Mela this year and they should get Kuljit to cater for all the planning meetings too. Sway says he’ll leave Kuljit to her.
Kuljit tells Jodie that the surprise birthday party for Shirley in London is definitely going ahead and she can meet the folks. He can’t keep worrying about Sway being there. Jodie is excited about going and also mentions that Jaggy has agreed to have a meeting with him.
Gary and Saj are having a moan about the gym being shut, they have nowhere to go. All the other lads moan as well and they moan even more when Sway suggests getting a cricket team together.
Nadia tells Jas about how hard things are having to live apart from Sway. Jas reckons it must be worse for Sway, he’s a bloke! Jas thinks he’s back to being the same old Sway, into the Parkside and the Mela. This panics Nadia, what if he doesn’t want her anymore? Jas reminds Nadia that he is converting, what more does she want? Nadia the old Sway back not the one that talks about life’s purpose. Maybe she wants the non-Muslim Sway.
