Sean can’t believe Pete didn’t say anything about his financial troubles at the gym before. Mary thinks Bill could help Pete with some cash flow advice and suggests they head over to the gym now to talk to him. Sean advises them to go steady.
Jodie is impressed with Kuljit’s breakfast in bed and jokes he must have picked his cooking skills up from working at Saffron Rays. Kuls can’t believe how much has changed in the three years he has been here. Kuls sings along to a Bollywood tune on the radio and Jodie reckons no-one could deny him a career in music. Kuls says he is seeing the bank about a loan later as Amrit’s money isn’t enough to start the studio. He still can’t believe Sway has turned his back on the dream they had together.
Mary and Bill are shocked to see Pete has already planned how to sell the gym equipment. Bill tries advising Pete on various ways to make things better but its obvious Pete has given up. Mary suggests they look at the accounts. Pete admits he already re-mortgaged the place three years ago and has now received a late payment warning. Mary refuses to lose heart saying she’ll go through the paperwork anyway. Pete wishes her luck saying she’ll need it!
Elsewhere Sean leaves a message for Arun to confirm their cricket practice tomorrow. He isn’t sure about a Parkside team though and says he’ll believe it when he sees it.

Brian arrives and Mary fills him in but gets angry when Brian suggests the gym is a lost cause anyway. Once Brian leaves Bill says it’s looking like Pete might need to sell up and will probably only just pay his debts off.
Later Mary breaks the news to Pete to discover he has already had the auctioneers in. He had a feeling this was the only way out…….
