Have your say

Pradeep and Mani chat about Rita working with the Police again. Pradeep is still worried about her safety. He then heads off to the City Farm for his meeting.

Sway tells Arun that he needs the feedback forms back from the trip, he’s only had two anonymous ones. Arun says his gran is acting weird so who knows when he’ll get them.

At the farm, Paul shows Pradeep around and advices him to visualize the project and its benefits, it’ll help him through the setbacks. Pradeep is surprised, it’s all more involved than he thought as he will have to attend public meetings and get proper stakeholders. Getting support from the local community will be hard.

Arun and Danyal are playing music in the Parkside Centre when Mani walks in and is in a foul mood. The music they are playing is his and he didn’t give any permission for it to be used by someone else, besides, it’s illegal. Arun reckons his music has been sampled from an old LP and cleaned up digitally. Mani realizes that sampling is more common place than he thought and he’d like to learn more about it so he invites Arun and Danyal over to his place.

Jodie notices that Sway is stressed. He’s annoyed that the 2 anonymous feedback forms he got were probably from Khatija and Pervaiz, they’ve been together for 5 months so they have to start coming round sometime.

Jodie later tells Mani that Kuljit broke down. Mani suggests a night at his to cheer him up besides Arun and Danyal will be there too. Mani calls Kuljit saying that he needs advice on some record of his that has been sampled.

Pradeep and Paul have a look around the farm and Pradeep notices there is a lot of paperwork involved but Paul reassures him sometimes it can just be a simple phonecall to the Animal Welfare Office for example like when he registered his goat! An embarrassed Pradeep admits he didn’t know he had to register the goat. Paul says he’ll learn slowly but he will need help in putting the proposal together for the council, Pradeep reckons Sway is his man.
