Kuljit is on at Saffron Rays when Sway turns up wondering what happened to having lunch. Kuls admits he forgot in all this mayhem. Sway insists he at least stop for a cup of tea and a chat. Sway fills Kuls in on the London trip and how Nadia’s parents were with him. Sway asks how Kuls has been and is told things are still bad with Amrit. Sway thinks Kuls should keep trying as Amrit can’t stay angry for ever. The boys decide they are long overdue for a night out and promise to find time next week despite their schedules. Sway can’t do Wednesday but any other day is fine. Later Kuls calls Neera only to be told it’s not a good time to speak to Amrit who is more worried about his sister than repairing bridges with Kuljit.
Nadia is worried about Sway’s stress levels at work but he reckons her parents aren’t helping. Nadia reckons its all about give and take but Sway thinks he is the only one trying. Nadia fails to convince him otherwise and leaves for lunch with her dad. Sway walks her out as Jodie arrives for a chat. Sway tells Jodie about his ongoing problems with the Akhtars and Jodie talks about Kuls. Sway says he saw him earlier and he is obviously putting on a brave face. Jodie reckons they should do something nice for Kuljit’s birthday next week. Sway can’t believe he forgot and calls Kuljit who sees the funny side of it. Sway says they are definitely going out next Wednesday despite his work commitments and that is that!
Nadia gets the lowdown on the London trip from Pervaiz who gives her a miniature London bus as a gift. Nadia says Jas mentioned a nice restaurant in Brick Lane. Pervaiz says the driver chose it and Nadia reminds him that Sway has a name. Pervaiz doesn’t want to talk about Sway and says he needs to get to work. Nadia rings Sway and tells him he was right about her parents. The trip to London has made no difference at all…….
