Pete and Sean are struggling to cope with orders for cocktails when Siobhan arrives. She has to serve herself a drink and soon decides to get behind the bar and help out. After closing time the three of them open a bottle of wine. Pete and Siobhan tell Sean funny stories from their childhood. They are having such a good time Siobhan forgets the time and suddenly realises she’s missed her last train. Sean and Pete both agree she’ll have to stay over in Mary’s room. As Pete gets the room ready Sean explains awkwardly that he doesn’t need Siobhan as another mum, but if she’s ok with that they can still see each other.
In London Mary and Bill have sneaked away to an Irish pub. They didn’t fancy the show and make the most of being alone. They share a couple of public kisses like teenagers. Later they return to the hotel giggling, both heading for Bill’s room. There’s a last minute change of plan though when Mary remembers Kamla’s giving her a wake up knock in the morning. The pair do an about turn and head for Mary’s room instead!
Arun is doing a DJ set at Danyal’s University and going down a storm. Danyal flips through Arun’s records, impressed with all the cool tracks. When Danyal realises Arun intends catching the last tube back he insists Arun stays at his place so he won’t miss the last two sets. Back at Danyal’s the two lads drunkenly celebrate but finally it’s time to turn in. Arun notices a framed photo of a guy as he settles onto the sofa bed. Thinking it strange he asks Danyal about it. Danyal explains it’s his ex-boyfriend. Danyal is surprised at Arun’s obvious shock, surely Arun realised he was gay; it’s not a problem…is it?
