Sway has arranged for MP Malik to do a tour of the Houses of Parliament for the Parkside trip. He’s dismayed though when he sees how few names are on Kamla’s list. Sway warns her they need more takers or he’ll have to cancel. Seeing how upset Kamla is Sway offers to help boost numbers by arranging cheap tickets for a West End show. He also suggests auctioning a ticket for Comic Relief. Kamla is grateful for the ideas and goes off to see Mary about the Golden Crown auction. Mary is persuaded over a cup of tea just as Arun comes in wanting a ticket as well. He’s just after a free ride though. When Mary and Kamla are alone again Kamla shocks Mary asking if she and Bill will be sharing a room on the trip. Kamla protests she just needs to know to make arrangements.
Rita asks Arun to return her new phone. She only got it to avoid Deepak’s calls and it’s too complicated. She keeps missing calls by pressing wrong buttons and she might miss a job. Arun mutters under his breath that might not be a bad thing. He snatches the phone off her and storms off to return it.
Rita meets Rozena for a coffee. She needs someone to talk to and her family just doesn’t understand. She tells Rozena she’s been having nightmares about what could have happened.
At home Kamla is cooking Rita’s favorite dinner and Rita manages to smooth things over with Arun. She starts to think her family is finally coming round to her side. Kamla soon bursts her bubble though, telling Rita her job is too dangerous then Arun butts in commenting he won’t miss having the Police hanging around either. Rita realises … she’s back to square one.
