Zenab is spending a day at the seaside with Rozena and Imran but they don’t share her enthusiasm. Rozena complains about her hair going frizzy and she is wearing heels. Imran is cold but didn’t bring a jacket. He suggests he might take a dip in the sea much to Zenab’s horror but Rozena realises he is joking. Zenab reckons the sea can coax people in against their wishes and changes the subject. How about some fish and chips for lunch?
Kuljit tells Jodie he has a lead in his case against Rajvinder. His Uncle Gurmail in India can prove Rajvinder is a fraud. The trouble is his number is dead. Kuljit becomes disheartened but Jodie isn’t giving up so easily. She will phone Neel and see if he can get through to Gurmail seeing as they are in the same country.
Imran has been in the amusement arcade for over an hour and Zenab wryly reflects this day out is a mistake. Rozena goes to get Imran and appeals to him to make more of an effort if only for Zenab’s sake.
Neera is on the phone to Kuljit. Amrit wants to go to the court hearing. They both agree it might be too much for him. There is a click on the line but Kuls and Neera think nothing of it until they here Amrit’s voice asking why everyone goes behind his back. Neera says they just want to protect him but Amrit has heard enough and slams the phone down. A distraught Neera later phones Kuls to say Amrit popped out and hasn’t been back for over two hours. Kuljit decides he must go to London.
Back at the seaside the conversation is turning serious and Rozena reminds them they are here for a fun day out. Zenab impresses them both by skimming a pebble across the water. Suddenly Zenab screams she has been bitten and orders them out of the water. Besides, it’s starting to rain and they should head home. Imran tells them he’ll catch up in a bit. Once they have gone Imran looks to the sky and screams like a banshee to let out all his tension. He then joins the others and when Zenab asks if he is OK he tells her he is just fine…………
