Nadia’s in the mood to build bridges after her mum’s visit. She wants to give Simran her copy of the client list. Sway thinks she should concentrate on one thing at a time and get her driving test out of the way, then they can enjoy her birthday. Later Simran calls at the flat to return the stuff she borrowed and Nadia decides to own up and give her the list after all. Simran is shocked that Nadia has been so devious. Simran says she will ring round all her clients but she’s not sure how much difference it will make. Simran’s reaction upsets Nadia and she finds it difficult to concentrate when Sway gives her a last minute driving lesson. Sway cheers her up by giving her an early birthday surprise. He presents her with some beautiful ear-rings and tickets for a Jamie Cullum concert.
Rozena is surprised Sameer has entered a golf tournament, it’s really not his kind of thing. Sameer explains it’s an excuse to get him away from his parents going on at him about Imran. Rozena reckons they’d be more understanding if they knew the full story and tells Sameer to explain everything. Sameer agrees it will make all the difference. How wrong can he be though, when Sameer tells Tara and Arif about Rozena’s attack it just makes matters worse. They feel sorry for Rozena but make it clear they think Sameer should end the marriage. He can’t let her misfortune ruin his life. Sameer doesn’t want to be around them if they feel like that and escapes to the apartment where he bumps into Jaggy. They head off to the Golden Crown for a drink. Jaggy tells Sameer about Simran changing her will. When Sameer finds out Jaggy is not named on Kesar’s birth certificate though he warns him that changing the will doesn’t help give him any rights in the eyes of the law … while Simran is still alive Jaggy still has no say in Kesar’s life
