Nadia books herself in for a driving test but they put her on the cancellation list. She’s going to invest some cash in refresher lessons as she won’t be stepping in a car with Vinnie again.
Zak and Sean take Kesar for a stroll. Sean thinks its terrible how Simran’s having to rely on Jaggy. Zak reckons he’s changed, he stuck up for Kamal and he’s letting Pete visit her, people deserve a second chance. Sean’s not convinced after what’s been going on with his mum and his gran. He’s let his mum back in but thinks she’s messing up his life again. Zak tells him he has to believe his mum has changed or he’ll never trust anyone. If someone told him months ago, he’d get into Islam, he would have told him to get lost.
Kuljit has bought some huge speakers. Nadia and Sway can get hot and heavy now and he won’t hear a thing. Nadia than has a rant at Sway, sleeping with him was a big deal for her and he’s laughing about it with his mates. Sway says that stuff stays between them. They also agree to go back to their flat now that the arsonists have been caught.
Rachel arrives for her things and Kuljit has got her a big chocolate cake. She explains that they just need a clean break. Kuljit says he knows things have been hectic but it’ll be over soon, he’ll be able to look over Rajvinder’s accounts. Rachel says they actually made sense when Amrit was there, not now. Kuljit is hurt and storms out. Rachel tells Nadia that Kuljit is a good bloke but not boyfriend material and Nadia ought to be careful, Kuljit is more protective of Sway than even his dad.
Sean and Zak talk about the fire and how there are still community officers around. Zak reckons it’s just to do surveillance on his Muslim brothers.
Sway tells Kuljit that he’s sorry about Rachel but Kuljit says he’s looking to the future and music is what it’s all about. Sway’s glad he’s full of positivity as Gary has signed up for the Youth Music workshop and that always means trouble.
