Rozena is working in the office and Mushtaq tries to persuade her to go home and relax. She doesn’t want to sit and watch daytime TV at home, she’s fine. Mushtaq comments on how proud he is of her.
Bill surprises Mary with a cooked meal, he’s been feeling awful since they argued and he will always support her. Mary thinks of him as someone she can confide in and have a giggle with. Bill then proposes to her.
Jaggy and Simran visit Beauty Magic since the fire. Jaggy tries to reassure her that she’ll get things up and running again, they both like material things but they both know that there is more to life. Simran is gutted, she’s worked so hard to build everything and now it’s all in ashes. She can’t replace Kesar’s old toys and old photos. She then gets angry and blames Jaggy for everything, she’s back to square one again.
Mushtaq worries that Imran is spending too much time upstairs on his own, he only leaves the house to report to the police station. Rozena is handling it well by going to work everyday, she was the one who was attacked. Zenab tells him off and not to play them off against each other, they need their support.
Bill and Mary wash up together. She turns down his proposal but believes he is a very kind hearted man, it’s just that she’s never considered remarrying, she’s flattered but she’s not ready yet. Bill tells her not to worry, they don’t need to rush things.
Kesar is having nightmares. Simran apologises to Jaggy, it’s all hit her very hard, she’s having nightmares too, what if she’d died, what would have happened to Kesar? Jaggy thinks they should look into putting his name on the certificate, for Kesar’s sake? Simran says she’ll look into it.
