Rozena is running late for work and comes downstairs as Zenab and Imran get back from signing in at the police station. Imran rushes straight up to his room and Zenab says he didn’t say a word the whole time. She needs Mushtaq to try talking to him again. Mushtaq snaps that he will but later. Zenab reminds Rozena that Imran needs her too but Rozena says she has tried too and it didn’t work.
Kuljit has cooked a special breakfast for his new flat mates. Nadia says the coffee is nice and Kuljit explains it’s the stuff Rachel used to buy. Sway wonders if Kuls has heard from her and is cheerfully told no. Nadia’s phone rings and Sway tells Kuls she has got busier since Simran’s salon burnt down. Nadia later asks Sway what Rozena is doing about installing fire precautions at the flat. Sway then asks about precautions here and Kuls says he has a bucket and loads of water.
Rozena is on the phone enquiring about the police investigation. The officer says they are treating the case as top priority. Rozena explains she is just worried about someone holding a grudge against her family. The officer tells Rozena to contact her anytime she needs to.
Nadia confesses that when she left Beauty Magic she made a copy of Simran’s client list but never used it. Simran could probably do with it now as she lost her records in the fire. Kuls reckons all’s fair in love and war but Sway disagrees. He tells Nadia to listen to her conscience and do the right thing.
Rozena gets a call from Zenab who is still stressed. Mushtaq hasn’t kept his promise and Zenab can’t cope. Sway turns up and Rozena says will call back later. Rozena tells Sway the fire precautions should be installed by the end of the week. Once Sway leaves Rozena makes a call to the police. She admits she was there on the night of the murder. Imran kept it quiet to protect her. The stabbing, the attack and the fire all happened because of Rozena………….
