Have your say

Pradeep is being hailed as a hero in the local press for saving Kesar. He can’t help feeling a bit proud when he sees the reports. Rita thinks it’s funny that they’ve printed his age, now everyone knows he’s 47. Jas isn’t quite as happy with the press as her dad though. She spots a biased article about Imran with quotes from her as though she had given an interview!

In the hospital Simran slowly comes round to find Pete at her bedside. Her first thought is for Kesar, how is he? Pete puts her mind at rest and tells her he’ll sort it out with the nurses so Simran can see him soon

Mary and Sean bump into each other in the hospital, they chat for a while but they both find it strained. When Pete comes out Mary offers to stay with Simran so he can get some rest but Pete’s not going anywhere. He feels responsible for what’s happened to Simran and Kesar; if only he’d gone over for the weekend instead of sulking then they would have been safe. As they kiss and make up Jaggy makes an entrance. He’s more than slightly miffed that no-one bothered to tell him Simran had come round. He’s been going crazy worrying about her and Kesar. He wants to talk to Simran alone and Pete leaves reluctantly, warning Jaggy not to upset her as he goes

The shock of nearly losing Kesar has really given Jaggy a wake up call. He hasn’t been the kind of father Kesar deserves, well all that’s going to change from now on….
