Mary calls at the allotments site to see Brian. She’s amazed to see all the tributes that have been left for Mickey Reynolds at the site. She thinks it’s really ghoulish the way people have reacted.
Brian meets up with Rozena later, away from the street. She’s wondering if she should go to the police and tell them the truth about why Imran attacked Mickey Reynolds. Brian says it could mean the difference between Imran going to prison or not. Rozena is torn, she wants to help Imran but can’t bear the thought of everyone knowing what happened to her.
As Sean unlocks the gym Gary comes tearing up the road and nearly knocks him off his feet in his hurry. Gary’s in an aggressive mood but Sean understands what he’s been going through and tries to talk to him. Gary’s not in the mood to be counseled though, who does Sean think he is?
Pete has left Sean in charge of the Gym so he can visit Simran. She thinks he’s been feeling left out since the Lohri last week and suggests he goes up to the flat to see Kesar now, he’s been missing Pete. Simran starts to show Pete the photos of the Lohri which makes him feel even more of an outsider. He’s not in the photos and Simran still hasn’t told her mum about him. He’s starting to think Simran only wants him around when it suits her.
Pete takes over from Sean at the gym as Mary turns up to see him. She catches Sean on the phone and is upset when she realises he’s talking to Hannah. Mary is desperate to see her grand-daughter. Pete says it’s up to her then, she needs to sort things out with Siobhan….
