Have your say
Zak bumps into Jodie and explains that he’s going to see Nadia on the barge to talk some sense to her, their parents want her home for Eid. She’ll be cold on the barge and will be desperate to get home. Jodie says they’re not there anymore, they moved out. Then notices that someone has broken into the barge. The door opens and it’s Sean and makes them promise not to tell his gran.
Tara and Arif meet Mushtaq and Zenab at Saffron Rays. Tara says Sameer has told them that the split is because of their work pressures. Tara accuses Rozena of working too hard when Imran was in Pakistan and its now affected her marriage. They have spoilt their son at the cost of Rozena and Sameer and think he ought to get back then, also Rozena needs to get her priorities right, marriage and family come before work. Later, Mushtaq also blames Rozena, she needs to decide what her priorities are, maybe they can help the situation by bringing Imran home, work would take his mind off his ex-girlfriend anyway.
Sean confides in Jodie, he’d be so embarrassed at school when his gran used to come for him, he’d dream his mum would meet him at the gates. Then when he saw her, he just felt so angry. Jodie felt the same with Mani, he wasn’t there for her but it takes time. Sean promises he will fix her window, he just needs a bit more time alone.
Arun goes to see Sean on the barge and he tells him Siobhan is alright and she has been looking round everywhere for him, she’s sleeping on their couch. Sean walks away and gets even angrier when he finds out Siobhan went there first so Arun got to see his mother before he did.
