Have your say
Sway and Nadia wake up in their new place and Nadia complains of of backache from sleeping on the floor all weekend but she refuses to sleep in a dead man’s bed. They decide to go bed hunting at the antique market.
At the Chauhans, Pradeep is annoyed that Rita is doing Siobhan’s washing. Kamla says she’ll be darning her socks soon and god knows how high the phone bill will be, Siobhan should be stopping with Mary, she’s taking advantage of Rita.
Siobhan apologises for inconviencing them all and Rita is embarrassed that Siobhan has overheard. Siobhan heads out to look for Sean and Rita shouts at Pradeep for being so rude to her but Pradeep expresses the fact that he doesn’t like her and its unsettling for the kids too. Rita explains that Siobhan is lost and desperate and she is not going to throw her out when she needs her.
At the market, Nadia spots a lovely embroidered throw at £100 but she can only afford £25 at which the market trader laughs at her. They both agree that a lick of paint would do wonders too and maybe they should have a painting party which can double up as a flat warming. Nadia then spots the best bed at the market, a brass king-size bed with a mattress thrown and free delivery.
Pradeep asks Arun if he knows where Sean could be, as the sooner Sean is found, the sooner Siobhan will leave their house. Arun thinks it’s weird that as soon as his mum turns up, he does a runner, Pradeep reckons she has turned up a little too late.
Siobhan knows she’s overstayed her welcome and tells Rita that she feels bad for Sean turning up unannounced but her mum left her with no choice, she needs to explain to Sean how it was for her and to tell him how sorry she is, she has to see him again, they’ve been apart for too long.
