Have your say
Sway gives Nadia another driving lesson and they bicker as soon as they get into the car. During the lesson, Sway asks how things are and was the guy she was with, a relative or a friend? Nadia says her parents have lined him up for marriage, they love him. Sway makes her do an emergency stop and says she needs to do it well as people can get hurt. She gets annoyed knowing that he is having sly digs at her. He argues back saying it’s not all about her family and he doesn’t know why he’s wasting his time giving her driving lessons with the cheek he gets, he’s had enough of the lessons and their friendship.
Pete suggests to Simran that they go for lunch in the Peak District for his birthday. Sadly she can’t go, she’s working all weekend. She promises she’ll make it up to him and also, she was hoping he could look after Kesar as Jaggy’s in Bury. Pete sighs, babysitting on his birthday. Great!
Arshad is being really full on with Nadia. He asks if everything is ok and she says she’s just had a bad driving lesson with Sway who was in a foul mood. Arshad is surprised, he didn’t know Sway was her driving instructor.
Brian goes to see Rozena and she’s in a state saying the tension is terrible, they’re like strangers. It looks like their marriage is over, she tells Brian, he was right saying that their marriage would be a mistake but Brian says she shouldn’t rush a decision she may regret later. All she regrets is her marriage to Sameer.
At the mosque, Sameer is praying that Allah will help them through the difficult time, he needs to save their marriage, she means everything to him and then breaks down in tears.
Brian feels this is destroying Rozena, she can’t go on like this. She thinks they should separate but they’ll have to keep it quiet from their families especially as its Ramzan. She’ll go to his house for prayers now as a final goodwill gesture to Sameer and then it’ll be separate lives.
